News 03/11/2008 - BM Sport at London Motorsport Show Live Nov 22nd - 23rd
For those of you who have always wanted to be a racing driver but never felt it was possible, then now is your chance to experience the excitement of a real race car at racing speeds! BMSPORT.com will join the BMWRDC (BMW Racing Drivers Club) at Brands Hatch for this two day event in Garage 33. Unlike other motorsport shows you will be able to walk around the garages as you please, chat to the drivers and technicians and if you’re brave enough book yourself in for a few flying laps of this awesome circuit. We will have three of our Kumho Championship cars available for passenger rides along with many other vehicles also exhibiting at the show. Other features will include the Future of Motorsport, where visitors can discover educational courses; Greener Motorsport, looking at how motorsport can be more environmentally sympathetic and green issues; and Women in Motorsport, highlighting the growing number of opportunities for females to get involved in what is predominantly a male-dominated sport. Organiser Philip Bunn said: "The move to Brands Hatch was an obvious one. After the success of the 2007 London Motorsport Show and its live element, it became clear that this was the way forward. To showcase motorsport properly, there is no doubt in my mind that you have to make the event a live experience for all visitors, regardless of their racing ability. What better place could there be than the superb track and facilities at Brands Hatch to experience tried and tested, as well as the latest competition cars on the market?"
