Delivery & Returns

Our Delivery & Returns Procedures


– Any dates given for your delivery should be considered an estimate as it is dealt with by a third party. We shall not be held liable if we do not deliver by a particular date or time.

– If you are unable to accept delivery of goods then we are able to take full payment, store the goods at our address and charge for any further costs we may incur trying to deliver the goods to you.

– There is a chance your goods will arrive in separate packages, contact us to find out if this is the case if you think you have received an incomplete order.

– Deliveries are usually made within normal business hours, unless otherwise agreed with us.


– You can return your goods up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. You can either return the goods to us or arrange collection – all at your own cost.

– The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
