The bush comes with an insert giving the option to stiffen the mount up by fitting the insert into the voids enabling you to change the bush to suit your driving style.

Powerflex Lower Engine Mount Large Bush Mini Gen 1

 

Will fit: R50, R52, R53 – One, Cooper, Cooper S and JCW GP.

 

The lower engine mount bush has been designed with radial slots to allow a small amount of movement controlling the noise, harshness and vibration, but still offering control of the engine of the engine movement.

 

This not only helps improve power and traction allowing for a more direct drive, but it reduces exhaust down pipe, hose and wiring stress.
